About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Team Member for its Field Sales & Service Team in Clearwater, Florida, serving the greater Pinellas County territory. The role combines customer service, sales, and junk removal. Team members explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The position offers a base rate of $15 per hour plus profit share and tips, averaging $23–$30 per hour or more. The schedule is full-time, five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. No junk removal experience is required; paid training is provided, with advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
