About The Position

Southwind is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team in Jacksonville, Florida. This physically active, customer-facing role involves providing on-site estimates, closing sales, and removing unwanted items from customers’ homes and businesses. The role combines customer service, sales, driving, and hands-on labor; prior junk removal experience is not required, and training is provided. The position is full-time, with 4–5 shifts per week: one mandatory weekend shift and 3–4 weekday shifts. Shifts last 8–12 hours and may occur between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM depending on business needs. Employees must be available for at least four weekdays and one weekend day each week. Pay is listed as $23–$30+ per hour, including a $15 base rate, profit sharing, and tips; overtime is available as needed. Team members participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios for training, skill development, and performance improvement. A valid DOT Medical Card is required to drive commercial vehicles, and Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining the DOT Medical Certification. Uniform standards include a brown belt, brown steel-toe boots, navy blue work pants or shorts, and company-provided branded polo, cap or beanie, and sweatshirt. Requirements

Maintain availability for four weekdays and one weekend day each week.
