About The Position
The Customer Service & Sales Team Member works on the Field Sales & Service Team for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Richmond, located in Ashland, Virginia. The role combines customer service and on-site sales with junk removal work. Team members provide positive customer experiences, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The position is full-time, five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay is listed as $23–$30 per hour or more on average, consisting of a $13 per hour base plus profit share and tips. The company offers paid training, overtime opportunities based on business needs, and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations. Previous junk removal experience is not required.
Requirements

- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 years old or older for insurance purposes.
