About The Position

Southwind is hiring a full-time Junk Removal and Driver to join its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines customer service, on-site sales, driving, and physical junk removal for residential and business customers. Team members are expected to provide professional, punctual service and represent the brand with integrity and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience is required; training is provided, including daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing skill development and performance improvement. The position pays $24–$26 per hour in total compensation, consisting of an $11.50 base hourly rate, tips, profit share, and performance incentives. Overtime is available. The schedule is four to five shifts per week, including one mandatory weekend shift and three to four weekday shifts. Shifts last eight to ten hours and may fall between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, depending on business needs. Applicants must be available four weekdays and one weekend day each week. A valid DOT Medical Card is required to drive commercial vehicles, and Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining DOT Medical Certification. Required work attire includes a brown belt, brown steel-toe boots, and navy blue work pants or shorts. The company provides a branded polo, branded ball cap or beanie, and sweatshirt. Requirements
