Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a customer-facing role.
A safety-first mindset.
Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements efficiently.
Ability to problem-solve in the moment to complete the job.
Must supply and reliably use a personal mobile phone.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Treat team members and customers with care and respect while providing excellent service.
Educate customers about the company’s services and demonstrate their value.
Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ unwanted items.
Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to handle items in an environmentally responsible way.
Make operational decisions to run routes efficiently, including determining what can be donated or recycled and how to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Help maintain trucks and equipment through daily inspections and report observed issues.
Use grassroots marketing tactics to encourage repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
