About The Position
Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring for a Junk Removal & Sales position on its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face sales and customer service with physical junk removal work. Team members provide on-site estimates, offer pricing, and close sales while working with a team to complete each job. The position involves active outdoor work and performance-based earnings. Pay is listed as an average of $20–$24 per hour ($11 plus profit share and tips).
Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Full-time availability, five days a week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities

- Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks.
