About The Position
Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for a Junk Removal & Sales position on its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face customer sales with hands-on junk removal work. Team members provide on-site pricing and close sales while working with a team to complete jobs, deliver strong customer experiences, and safely load items into trucks. The position is suited to someone with sales experience who enjoys staying active and working outdoors. Pay averages $20–$24 per hour, consisting of $11 plus profit share and tips.
Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Full-time availability, five days a week: four weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday.
