About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Pinellas County, part of Southwind, is hiring a full-time Customer Service and Sales Team Member for its Field Sales & Service Team in Clearwater, Florida, serving the greater Pinellas County territory. The role combines customer service, sales, and physical junk-removal work. Team members provide a positive customer experience, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. The position offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus profit share and tips, with average earnings of $23–$30 per hour or more. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Paid training and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations are offered. Prior junk-removal experience is not required.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
