About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided). You will also lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs and represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience is required, as we provide training through daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock: Brown Belt, Brown Steel-Toe Boots, Branded Polo (Provided), Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided), Sweatshirt (Provided), Navy BLUE work pants or shorts
• Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles): DOT Medical Certification. A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
