About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service. Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. Remove junk safely from homes and businesses. Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided). Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs. Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

- DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
- Maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
