About The Position
Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for a full-time Junk Removal & Sales position. The role combines face-to-face sales with hands-on junk removal service. Team members meet customers, provide on-site pricing, and close sales while working with a team to complete jobs. The position is suited to someone with sales experience who wants an active, outdoor role, with earnings based on performance. The posting lists average pay of $20–$24 per hour, consisting of $11 plus profit share and tips. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday. Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Full-time availability for five days per week, including four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities

- Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks.
