About The Position
Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Junk Removal Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This active, hands-on role combines customer service, on-site sales, and junk removal. Team members create positive customer experiences, discuss pricing and close sales, provide estimates, and safely remove items from homes and businesses. The position also involves driving, navigating, and operating box trucks; training is provided, and no prior junk removal experience is required. Employees participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios for training, skill development, and performance improvement. Advancement opportunities include Certified Sales Lead, People Development Lead, Operations Lead, Senior Sales, Director of People Development, Director of Operations, and General Manager. The company promotes from within when possible.
Requirements
