Junk Removal Specialist
About The Position
Southwind is hiring a full-time Junk Removal Specialist for its 1-800-GOT-JUNK? operation in Tucson, Arizona. The role combines route driving, customer service, sales, and physical junk removal. Team members drive company trucks along assigned routes, meet customers, provide on-the-spot estimates, close sales, and remove and responsibly dispose of unwanted items. Specialists work with a Truck Team Partner and are expected to deliver fast, friendly, professional service while contributing to daily performance. The position is active and takes place outdoors and in changing environments. Compensation is listed as an average of $22–$25 per hour, with a $15.50 hourly base wage plus profit share and tips; the posting also says earnings can reach $27 per hour and that profit share and tips are uncapped. Paid training covers sales, customer service, marketing and brand representation, leadership, and operations. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a positive attitude and eagerness to help others.

- Have clear and confident communication skills.
- Be comfortable with hard physical work and repeatedly lifting 50 pounds or more.
