Junk Removal Specialist
About The Position
Join the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team helping customers clear unwanted items while providing friendly, professional service. The role involves active, hands-on work in the community, with varied jobs and a team-oriented environment. Specialists lift, carry, load, and haul items, maintain clean and organized trucks and job sites, provide estimates and explain pricing, and recommend additional services when they may benefit customers. The position offers $15–$20 per hour plus tips and bonus opportunities, weekly pay, paid training, full-time hours, and a four-day work week. Eligible employees can receive health, vision, and dental benefits and a 401(k) after one year. Opportunities for growth within the company are also available.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a clean three-year driving record.
- Be able to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
- Be dependable, hardworking, and ready to work.
- Be comfortable working with your hands and meeting people.
Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, load, and haul items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized.
- Provide customers with a positive experience from start to finish.
- Provide estimates and explain pricing.
- Recommend additional services when they can benefit the customer.
- Work actively and collaboratively with the team.
