About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Palm Beach is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Team Member for the greater Palm Beach territory. The role combines customer service, sales, and physical junk removal work. Team members explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The position is full-time, five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay is advertised as averaging $23–$30 per hour or more, consisting of a $15-per-hour base plus profit share and tips. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Paid training and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations are offered. No junk removal experience is required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
