About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Palm Beach, operated by Southwind, is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Team Member to serve the greater Palm Beach territory. This full-time, field-based role combines customer service, sales, and junk removal. Team members provide positive customer experiences, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. The role involves working as part of a team and representing the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally. The position is based in Riviera Beach, Florida, and pays an average of $23–$30 per hour, consisting of a $15-per-hour base plus profit share and tips. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Paid training is provided, and overtime may be available based on business needs. Advancement opportunities include sales, leadership, and operations.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Able to lift 50 or more pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
