About The Position
Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring for a Junk Removal & Sales position on its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face sales with hands-on junk removal work. Team members visit customers, provide on-site pricing, and close sales while working with a team to complete each job. The position suits someone with sales experience who wants an active, outdoor role with performance-based earnings. Pay averages $20–$24 per hour, consisting of $11 plus profit share and tips. Full-time availability is required, working five days per week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday. Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Full-time availability for five days a week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
