About The Position
Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s Field Sales & Service Team at Southwind, the franchise group described as its highest-performing. This full-time role combines customer service, sales, and junk removal. Team members provide a positive customer experience, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The work is fast-paced and team-oriented, with a schedule of five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay is listed as $20–$25 per hour or more in average total compensation, consisting of a $15-per-hour base plus profit share and tips. No junk removal experience is required. Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs, and the company offers paid training and advancement opportunities into sales, leadership, and operations.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic attitude.

- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be 21 years old or above for insurance purposes.
