About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring an energetic and customer-focused associate for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines on-site sales and customer service with hands-on junk removal and commercial vehicle operation. Team members create positive customer experiences, discuss pricing, provide estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. Training is provided, and no prior junk removal experience is required. The position includes daily recorded role-play scenarios to support training, skill development, and performance improvement. A valid DOT Medical Card is required to drive commercial vehicles; Southwind covers the cost of obtaining the DOT Medical Certification. This is a full-time role with four to five shifts per week: one mandatory weekend shift and three to four weekday shifts. Shifts last 8–10 hours and may fall between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM depending on business needs. The associate must be available four weekdays and one weekend day each week. Compensation is listed as $15.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour or more in total compensation, including base hourly pay, tips, profit share, performance incentives, and overtime. Requirements

A valid DOT Medical Card is required to drive commercial vehicles; the company covers the cost of obtaining the DOT Medical Certification.
