About The Position

Southwind is hiring a Junk Removal Specialist for its 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role combines customer service, on-site sales, and hands-on junk removal. Team members create positive customer experiences, provide clear estimates, lead pricing conversations, and remove items from homes and businesses. They also drive, navigate, and operate box trucks; training is provided. No prior junk removal experience is required. Daily recorded role-play scenarios support training, skill development, and performance improvement. The position offers part-time or full-time scheduling, with opportunities for advancement through sales, people development, and operations roles.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Lead pricing conversations, provide clear estimates, and close on-site sales.
• Safely remove junk from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks.
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds or more.
• Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
• Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios for training, skill development, and performance improvement.
