About The Position
Join Southwind’s Field Sales & Service Team, representing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in a role combining customer-facing sales and physical junk removal. Meet customers on-site, provide pricing, and close sales while working with a team to complete jobs. The position is suited to someone with sales experience who wants active, outdoor work and performance-based earnings. The advertised average pay is $20–$24 per hour ($11 plus profit share and tips). Full-time availability is required, working five days per week: four weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday.
Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver’s license and age 21 or older.
- Full-time availability for five days per week: four weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday.
