Junk Removal & Field Sales
About The Position
Southwind is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative for its team serving the greater Naples area from Fort Myers, Florida. The role combines customer service, on-site sales, and hands-on junk removal. Representatives create positive customer experiences, provide pricing and estimates, close sales, remove items from homes and businesses, and drive and operate box trucks. Training is provided, and no prior junk removal experience is required. Ongoing development includes daily recorded role-play scenarios. The schedule is full-time, with 4–5 shifts per week: one required weekend shift and 3–4 weekday shifts. Shifts last 8–10 hours and may fall between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM based on business needs. Employees must be available four weekdays and one weekend day each week. Pay is listed as $24–$30 per hour or more, including a $15 base, profit sharing, and tips; overtime may be needed. A valid DOT Medical Card is required for commercial vehicle driving, and Southwind covers the cost of obtaining DOT medical certification. Advancement opportunities include Certified Sales Leader, Senior Sales Leader, People Development, Operator, and General Manager.
