About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for its Field Sales & Service Team in Boise, Idaho. This role combines on-site sales and junk removal service in an active, fast-paced team environment. The company provides training for people new to sales. Team members meet customers who have already requested service, build trust, provide estimates, explain value, confidently price jobs, and close sales on-site. The role also involves removing unwanted items from homes and businesses, completing daily routes with a team, and delivering a strong customer experience. No junk removal experience is needed. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to repeatedly lift 70–85+ pounds.
Weekend availability required.

No junk removal experience required; training is provided.
