About the position
As the Provider Program Specialist at AppDirect, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our top telco providers. Your main responsibility will be to develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with these providers and their national channel managers/executives. By creating and executing annual business plans, you will contribute to the growth of our sales and increase the number of advisors selling through these providers. Additionally, you will serve as a program manager, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of post-meeting plans. This role requires travel and offers the opportunity to work alongside the marketing team to drive MDF funds and execute provider-sponsored events.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between AppDirect and Level 1 Providers in Telco
- Create and execute annual business plans to achieve growth goals
- Track provider KPIs in DOMO
- Maintain relationships and assist with business planning and execution with assigned providers
- Coordinate sales field engagement between AppDirect and Provider
- Propose, track, and drive Provider Rebates (AppDirect house bonuses)
- Work alongside AppDirect marketing to drive MDF funds and execute key provider sponsored events
- Travel a minimum of 20% of the time
Requirements
