Key functions include: - Managing Clinical Rotations: Identifying new opportunities and overseeing existing partnerships with institutions like MRU, Bridgeport University, and Lehman University to ensure smooth operation and maintain strong relationships. - Supporting Preceptorships and Internships: Engaging providers for preceptorships and managing internship applications to attract and develop skilled healthcare talent for the organization. - Coordinating Certifications and Loan Repayment Programs: Managing programs like CASAC and promoting loan repayment options, which are important for staff retention and career growth. - Streamlining Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as managing the academics inbox, coordinating letters of recommendation, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth operations and communication. - Supporting IMG Activities: Organizing webinars, info sessions, and celebrations for IMG matches to enhance recruitment efforts and promote a positive organizational culture.
