About The Position

Rapport is an Out of Home (OOH) media agency within Mediabrands, wholly owned by Interpublic. Its work centers on collaborative partnerships and delivering valuable results as OOH media becomes more engaging, interactive, and content-driven. The Junior Account Executive supports the daily operations of the Account Management team, including Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Managers. The role is suited to someone eager to learn and build a strong understanding of the OOH sector and industry.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and readiness to work collaboratively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Superior attention to detail and quantitative skills.
Eagerness to learn and receptiveness to constructive feedback.

Nice To Haves

0 to 1 years of experience within media or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist account managers with proposals and learn Rapport's planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectives.
Develop proficiency with media measurement tools, including Geopath, to support effective campaigns and client needs.
Gather production specifications, issue posting instructions, and prepare proof-of-performance documents.
Build an understanding of the financial and operations framework and work with the finance team on billing requests.
Attend weekly vendor meetings and develop expertise in available OOH formats.
Begin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetings.
Learn about Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their areas of expertise.
