About The Position
New View is hiring a part-time Job Coach to provide job coaching to disabled adults in the community. The current job location is Oconto Falls school, and the position is during the school year only. This is a contracted position through Community Resource Specialist Staffing Agency (CRSSA). The schedule is 12 hours per week, with shifts from 4 pm to 8 pm. Fridays are required; the other two workdays, Monday through Thursday, are flexible. The position involves evening hours and no weekends. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.50 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach job skills and foster increased independence.
- Model appropriate work skills.
- Monitor work performance and provide feedback and assistance as needed.
