About The Position

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to support daily operations in the Greensburg area. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing team performance, maintaining service quality, and supporting staff as needed. The supervisor works closely with the Account Manager and may step in to provide coverage when needed. The position is located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and place supply orders.
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.
