About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Mentor, Ohio. The supervisor leads an assigned building or area and helps ensure the facility remains clean and meets expectations. The role includes planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department activities; enforcing custodial workflows; and maintaining communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract needs are met. The supervisor is also expected to demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. On-the-job training is provided. The schedule is a rotating weekday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position pays $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities
