About The Position

The Janitorial Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations and janitorial staff, ensuring facilities meet company and client cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards. The role emphasizes team leadership, quality control, and efficient service delivery in commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff across assigned facilities.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with ABM quality standards and client expectations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Schedule staff, manage timekeeping, and ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and service issues.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE.
• Assist with floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, when needed.
• Complete reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time.
