About The Position

As a Janitorial Lead Cleaner on our team, you keep our client's facility spotless while guiding quality performance! Your daily janitorial supervisor routine brings team support to your shift as your tasks include: Performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming. Inspecting completed work behind teams of cleaners to ensure tasks match our scope and standards. Supporting your supervisor and acting as a dependable cleaning lead across your section.

Requirements

1–3 years of cleaning experience
strong leadership ability
physical ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively
1–3 years of janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience required.
Excellent eye for detail, strong communication, and team leadership skills.
Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities
