About The Position

The Hourly Shift Leader leads a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment and helps ensure customers receive a world-class service experience. The role offers opportunities to build on existing skills and learn new ones, with ongoing training and potential career progression to General Manager and beyond. The position is at a Papa John's corporate restaurant and involves working in person.

Requirements

Have a great attitude and desire to be part of a team.
Have a passion for quality, a mind for business, and the ability to treat others with dignity and respect.
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills.
Be able and willing to work night and weekend shifts.
Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

A GED or high school diploma is preferred.
