About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Janitor at Fantasy World Resort in Kissimmee. The role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and common areas in accordance with quality and timeliness standards. The Janitor performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors, while following the company’s mission and values and helping ensure guests feel safe and cared for during their vacation.

The position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, timely completion of assignments, efficient use of supplies and equipment, and a safe working environment. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Work hours may be irregular, and travel is rare. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Clean public and common areas.
• Clean and polish floors in public and common areas.
• Keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Accept supply deliveries as necessary.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Walk assigned areas to ensure they are clean and free of trash.
• Report lost-and-found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Move furniture as directed.
• Help maintain a safe working environment on site.
• Perform duties related to site operations as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Complete assigned work promptly and maintain the required cleanliness standards.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Inventory supplies.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
• Build strong, positive customer relations.
