About The Position
MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Janitor for Fantasy World Resort in Kissimmee. The position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and common areas in accordance with quality and timeliness standards. The Janitor performs custodial work in building interiors, including offices, warehouses, and industrial areas, and is expected to follow the company’s mission and values. The role includes full-time and part-time positions and starts at $15 per hour. The successful candidate will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming areas, use supplies and equipment effectively, and support guest satisfaction by assisting with complaints and building positive customer relations. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Work may involve irregular hours and rarely requires travel.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Clean public and common areas, including polishing floors.
- Keep storage closets clean and organized.
- Accept supply deliveries as necessary.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure they are clean and free of trash.
- Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Move furniture as directed.
- Maintain a safe working environment on site.
- Perform duties related to site operations as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
- Work with urgency to maintain cleanliness standards in assigned areas.
- Arrive promptly for assignments and appointments.
- Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Perform inventories of supplies.
- Assist in promptly resolving guest complaints and create positive customer relations.
