About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning resort property units, and for following MasterCorp’s mission statement and values. Duties may also include additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Planning and scheduling capabilities.
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
- Promptness with assignments.

- Ability to work irregular hours.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks, and other areas of units.
- Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
- Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
- Help maintain clean and organized storage closets.
- Attend training sessions and apply the training in practice.
- Help ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Maintain urgency so units are turned over on time.
