About The Position

As a Housekeeper at Downtown Nashville Resort in Nashville, Tennessee, you will perform daily cleaning duties on an assigned slate of rooms and prepare units for guest arrivals. The role includes greeting guests and responding to requests in a friendly manner, reporting maintenance problems, keeping carts and supplies orderly, and assisting management with linen and supply inventory. Other duties may be assigned by Housekeeping Management. This is a full-time position typically scheduled for 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and includes weekends and holidays. Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate business needs.

Requirements

Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work a full 8-hour shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Anticipate customer needs and consider how work affects them.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
