ITM Specialist
About The Position
This role focuses on performing teller functions using ITM machines, including receiving deposits, processing loan payments, disbursing withdrawals, and handling account transfers. The specialist will also explain Huntington Bank services and products, answer customer questions, resolve discrepancies, and perform file maintenance. A key aspect of the role is taking ownership of customer interactions, completing required compliance and training, and seeking ways to improve work processes. The ITM Specialist represents the bank professionally, maintains confidentiality, and treats colleagues and customers with respect.
Requirements
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required to complete compliance, training, and all other training offered to ITM Specialists.
- Maintains customer and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Treats all co-workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.

Responsibilities
- Perform teller functions using ITM machines, including receiving deposits, loan payments, disbursing withdrawals, and processing account transfers.
- Verify transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Present and explain Huntington Bank services and products to customers and assist in meeting their financial needs.
- Answer customer questions and solve problems by listening, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results.
- Perform file maintenance needs such as address changes, unlocking Huntington OLB, and managing Debit Card limits.
- Take complete ownership of every customer interaction.
- Complete compliance, training, and all other training offered to ITM Specialists.
- Seek ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience.
- Represent Huntington Bank in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain customer and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Treat all co-workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.
