The primary responsibility of an ITM Specialist is to handle all phases of financial transactions through the Interactive Video Teller Machine channel while consistently providing a superior service experience to customers. This role involves assisting customers over an Interactive Video Teller Machine, providing friendly and helpful service, and maintaining knowledge of the bank's products, services, and processes. The specialist will process transactions accurately and efficiently, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and display teamwork and respect for other team members. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all bank control, process, procedure, policy, and audit requirements, as well as working within service standards for ITM transactions, including meeting transaction time goals. The ITM Specialist will also maintain, cross-sell, and refer all ChoiceOne products, attend department meetings, and complete required reports related to the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act. Compliance with all federal and state banking regulations is also a key responsibility.
