About The Position

This role involves performing teller functions using ITM machines, including processing deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals. The specialist will also assist customers by explaining bank services and products, answering questions, and resolving issues. Responsibilities include performing file maintenance, taking ownership of customer interactions, completing required training, and seeking ways to improve work processes. The role requires representing the bank professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and treating colleagues and customers with respect.

Requirements

1 year of cash handling experience
High School Diploma or GED
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM machines.
Receive deposits, loan payments, disburse withdrawals, process account transfers, verify transactions, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Present and explain Huntington Bank services and products to customers and assist in meeting their financial needs.
Answer questions and solve problems for customers by listening, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results to the inquiring party.
Perform file maintenance needs such as address changes, unlocking Huntington OLB, Debit Card limits, etc.
Take complete ownership of every interaction whether it requires a call back or extended research.
Complete compliance, training, and all other training offered to ITM Specialists.
Seek ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience.
Represent Huntington Bank in a positive and professional manner.
Maintain customer and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
Treat all co-workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.
