About The Position

The ITAD Sales Support role supports the company’s sales objectives by creating and managing online product descriptions and helping process sales from listing through fulfillment. Duties include photographing and editing products, researching equipment and market values, managing inventory, fulfilling and invoicing customer orders, and providing customer service. The position reports to the AR Manager. It also involves maintaining confidentiality, following company policies and procedures, supporting positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining the warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned.

Responsibilities

Photograph, list, and sell items online through platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Craigslist.
Support order fulfillment by creating pick requests, picking and staging orders, and shipping packages.
Invoice sales using QuickBooks.
Work cross-functionally to ensure sales transactions are processed accurately.
Cultivate customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Research products to determine market value and gather detailed information about ITAD equipment.
Inventory, sort, and prepare equipment for sale.
Update inventory database entries when necessary.
Manage and optimize completed listings to keep product information accurate and adjust pricing to reflect market trends.
Provide customer service by phone and email, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes, and maintain positive feedback.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Cultivate positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain proficiency in department and company policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain the warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned.
Report to work consistently and on time.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
