About The Position

The HTG Asset Retirement (ITAD) Sales Support role supports the company’s sales objectives and is responsible for creating and managing online product descriptions. Duties include photographing and editing products, fulfilling and invoicing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing customer service. The position reports to the AR Manager. Responsibilities

Photograph, list, and sell items online through platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Craigslist.
Support order fulfillment by creating pick requests, picking and staging orders, and shipping packages.
Invoice sales using QuickBooks.
Work cross-functionally to ensure sales transactions are processed accurately.
Build solid customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Research products to determine market value and obtain detailed information about ITAD equipment.
Inventory, sort, and prepare equipment for sale.
Update inventory database entries when necessary.
Manage and optimize completed listings to ensure accurate product information and adjust pricing to reflect market trends.
Provide phone and email customer service, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes, and maintain positive feedback.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Cultivate positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Follow department and company policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain the warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned.
Report to work consistently and on time.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
