About The Position

This role involves providing technical assistance and support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The IT Support specialist will also educate users on IT best practices, collaborate with the IT team, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network and system administration principles.
  • Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues (hardware, software, and network).
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to utilize a computer.
  • Ability to maintain a work schedule.
