About The Position

This role involves providing technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving various IT issues, and educating users on best practices. The position requires collaboration with the IT team and staying updated with industry trends. Employees must be able to communicate clearly, use a computer, maintain a work schedule, and perform effectively in an office setting. Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws, as well as company policies, is mandatory. Extended hours may be required.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network and system administration principles.
  • Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues (hardware, software, and network).
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must be able to utilize a computer.
  • Must be able to maintain a work schedule.

  • Must be able to maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information.
