Responsibilities
- Provide executive end-user technical support.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage ticketing system for support requests.
- Support laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- Work with Mac and Windows operating systems, Microsoft products, and conference room technology.
