About The Position

The IT Support Intern will support daily IT activities, assist staff across the organization, and gain hands-on technical skills to help prepare for future technology roles. This is an unpaid position.

Requirements

• Be a student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Be a curious, hands-on learner interested in building technical skills.
• Be a reliable team player with an interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computers, printers, and network devices.
• Deliver and prepare IT equipment for staff in the office and at remote sites.
• Assist with troubleshooting email, printing, scanning, and basic computer issues.
• Help organize and maintain IT equipment and asset records.
• Perform device, server, and computer management tasks.
• Prepare and manage FedEx/UPS shipping labels and assist with shipping and receiving IT equipment.
