About The Position

The IT Project Support Specialist I manages multiple low- to medium-complexity projects for the IT department. The role coordinates project planning and delivery, monitors work effort and project stability, reports status, and addresses resource, quality, and timeline concerns. Projects are expected to be delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Onsite presence is required. The position is based at Texas Health Fort Worth, with travel to Texas Health Azle, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the stated 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. day-hours window.

Requirements

At least 2 years of information systems experience (required).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

At least 2 years managing technical projects directly (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects of low to medium complexity.
Assemble project plans, direct and monitor work effort, identify resource concerns, and appropriately escalate quality or timeline issues.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Coordinate overall project activity, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for ITS projects.
Track key project milestones and adjust project plans to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate communication with enterprise areas that affect project scope, risk, budget, or resources.
