About The Position

The IT Project Support Specialist I manages multiple low- to medium-complexity projects for the IT department. The role coordinates project-oriented work, establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for ITS projects, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Onsite presence is required, with travel to Texas Health Azle. The role is based at Texas Health Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working days, Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The department offers opportunities to learn and grow, a work-from-home life balance, an innovative and collaborative fast-paced environment, and an inclusive, supportive team.

Requirements

Two years of information systems experience.
Onsite presence is required.
Ability to travel to Texas Health Azle.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant field (preferred).
Two years of directly managing technical projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects of low to medium complexity.
Assemble project plans, direct and monitor work effort, identify resource concerns, and appropriately escalate quality or timeline issues.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Coordinate overall project work, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented efforts.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for ITS projects.
Track key project milestones and adjust project plans to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate communication with enterprise areas that affect project scope, risk, budget, or resources.
