About The Position

CLARK Material Handling Company, a 100-year-old global leader in the material handling and forklift industry, is seeking a qualified IT Project Coordinator. This role supports the IT Manager and project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders for IT and business systems projects within operations and supply chain. The position involves supporting ERP, supply chain, and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-5 years of project coordination or IT experience
• Must have ERP & Supply Chain Systems Experience
• Experience and efficiencies with Microsoft 365, Copilot, project Planner
• Excellent attention to detail with high level of confidentiality, and strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

• Scrum Master, Agile, CAPM or PMP (preferred)
• Must have experience with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings and provide status updates
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and risk logs
• Track budgets, resources, and timelines
• Support ERP, supply chain, and digital transformation projects
• Act as liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors
