About The Position

Project management roles contribute to the development of the organization's transformation strategy and are responsible for applying a best-practice approach to planning and preparing for project engagement, delivery, and adoption within an assigned portfolio. The role is accountable for project objectives that drive transformation, customer experience, and other activities assigned by the Director.

The Project Coordinator provides strategic oversight of a program of aligned virtual health initiatives. The role engages business and clinical stakeholders, drives key imperatives, and supports delivery team, process, and product optimization. The coordinator also aids in developing business intelligence and data visualization reporting to support decision-making. This role is vital to CommonSpirit Health's digital transformation and delivery of virtual care. The position is remote eligible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in a project-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate objectives, key resources, budgets, and project plans in support of one or more projects.
• Measure project performance, report results, and escalate issues in support of one or more projects.
• Coordinate one or more small to medium projects.
• Facilitate and track procurement activities, including invoice verification.
• Engage business and clinical stakeholders and support delivery team, process, and product optimization.
• Aid in developing business intelligence and data visualization reporting to drive decision-making.
