Sr IT Project Coordinator
About The Position
The Sr IT Project Coordinator contributes to the development of the organization's transformation strategy and is accountable for using a best-practice approach to plan and prepare project engagement, delivery, and adoption within an assigned portfolio. The role supports project objectives related to transformation, customer experience, and other activities assigned by the Director. The coordinator provides strategic oversight of a program of aligned virtual health initiatives. The role engages business and clinical stakeholders, drives key imperatives, and supports optimization of delivery teams, processes, and products. It also aids in developing business intelligence and data visualization reporting to support decision-making and contributes to CommonSpirit Health's digital transformation and virtual care delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in a project-based work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate objectives, key resources, budgets, and project plans in support of one or more projects.
- Measure project performance, prepare reports, and escalate issues in support of one or more projects.
- Coordinate one or more small-to-medium projects.
- Facilitate and track procurement activities, including invoice verification.
- Engage business and clinical stakeholders and support delivery team, process, and product optimization.
- Aid in developing business intelligence and data visualization reporting to drive decision-making.
